service and strong community involvement. His commitment to professionalism and leadership led to him being named Realtor of the Year by the Florida Keys Board of Realtors in 2013. He later served as President of the organization in 2017 and as President of the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2018. In 2023, Joel received the prestigious Irving Eyster Award, recognizing his outstanding volunteer service and dedication to improving the Florida Keys community.

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell real estate, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters, and three grandchildren. He loves the outdoor lifestyle that both the Florida Keys and East Tennessee offer, especially backcountry fishing, boating, golfing, and working on the farm.
